Mugwort is the main ingredient. Embracing the qualities of the moon, mugwort has been known to to help with dream time, increase circulation, and work as an emmenagouge. Mugwort may help reduce menstrual cramping.
Motherwart gives this oil the bright green green color. Motherwart has been known to draw energy downward and help the heart to feel lighter.
Yarrow is known as “master of the blood” being cooling but stimulating to the circulatory system. Yarrow has been used to work through grief and compliments the other herbs with its protective properties.
