Beautiful petals gently unfold from a stem of thorns, the sweet aroma that helps to calm the mind and sooth the senses. A plant ruled by Venus, rose can be very nurturing, soothing, and sedative to heat. Slightly astringent, rose helps to knit the skin back together, helping skin tone to become firmer and protected from environmental stress. 

Damiana - a beautiful little plant native to Mexico and Central America, damiana has long been used as a mood enhancer and aphrodisiac. Its spicy sweet aroma helps to promote relaxation while also stimulating circulation when applied topically increasing blood flow to that area. I have fallen in love with her smell and taste when drank as a tea. She tends to ease tension in the body and mind.

Elderflower- elder flowers are a favorite springtime bloom for me, their dainty lice like clusters dance in the breeze and give off a spicy sweet smell attracting all sorts of beneficial insects. The elders that grow where I live are a blue elder, or Mexican elder trees. Elder flowers have been used for skincare for a long time due to its many benefits including powerful antioxidants, healing from sun damage caused by UVA, and helps to brighten the skin. She can be used in oils, washes, floral water / hydrosols, and masks. Elders grow widespread in most regions, I highly recommend you trying to find some in your area to see how beautiful they are!
