A blend of two powerful plants that have been known to have properties used by many warriors, both for protection, clarity, and emotional healing.

Yarrow - lace like flowers burst from long stems standing above a cluster of feather like leaves. Yarrow is absolutely stunning to be around. Known mostly for its ability to both staunch bleeding and increase circulation. Sometimes called the “master of the blood” yarrow is cooling yet stimulating to the cardiovascular system. Yarrow may help move stuck energy and emotions from the body while helping us to ground and feel protected.

Mexican Copal Resin - obtained from trees in the Burseraceae family, this sacred trees blood has many beautiful properties, it may help cleanse and protect our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves. Used traditionally to help protect and cleanse a space of negative/ evil energy. Breathing in the smoke may help to cleanse the lungs and help to calm the mind. I personally put copal infused oil on my face before entering into a crowd or stressful situation to feel more grounded and protected in my body.
