Sunshine Cream

A deeply moisturizing blend or organic seed oils and butter infused with home grown botanicals and non-nano zinc oxide.

The ingredients that have been used in this formula have been known to help aid in the prevention and healing of sun burned skin. This is NOT an FDA approved sunscreen, use at your own risk.

The oils chosen for this formula (sesame, high oleic sunflower, hemp, and coconut) are high in essential fatty acids which can aid in the decrease of inflammation, toning of the skin, and stimulating cell regeneration. They are also all high in antioxidant which can help the skin recover more quickly from damage such as sunburn. All help to keep the skin moisturized and soft.

Organic cocoa butter helps to create a barrier on the skin to maintain moisture thus allowing the skin to regenerate more easily.

Organic USA sourced beeswax is used to hold the oils and non nano zinc oxide to the skin, it’s the waterproof component.

Elderflower: is a powerful antioxidant, further increasing the antioxidant capacity of the oils. It stimulates circulation to speed cell regeneration, and could help to slow the effects of premature aging caused by environmental factors.

Calendula: a few studies have found that calendula may have SPF properties. It is one of the best flowers for the skin helping to speed wound healing, toning skin, having antiseptic properties, anti inflammatory properties, and overall soothing skin irritation.

Lavender: has been known to help speed wound healing, especially burns, being cooling to the skin it’s wonderful at reducing inflammation and stimulating cell regeneration.

Rosemary: a powerful antioxidant this herb can help reduce damage caused by environmental factors such as sunburn. It stimulates circulation helping to improve skin healing, tone, and elasticity.
